• The sale will have a 6 months expiry from the offer close date
• The marketing campaign will be subject to client selection from Belle Property and is a separate cost which will be charged at standard rates
• The winning bidder will enter into an exclusive agreement with Belle Property Balmain
• This item is not transferrable
• The sale will be coordinated by Lynsey Kemp and Monique Dower
